Can We Have It All?
It’s a question us women and mothers ask ourselves almost daily. Can we be a mum, a partner, a friend, a professional and still have time to fit in a balanced diet and regular yoga practice? Is it possible?
Through my podcast and conversations with various guests who are living it, we delve into this question and discuss whether we really can have it all? Or whether there needs to be something addressed somewhere along the line. What do you think?
For us women navigating our thirties and forties, it can be a tricky time. In many ways we’re our most confident, experienced and accomplished. But for some reason, the thought of pivoting our careers or trying something new can be daunting. Our confidence can we knocked when we have kids. We can struggle to work out who we are now and where we fit in amongst everything. I know I did and I know each in their own way, all my guests have to.
So guess what? You’re not alone! And if you’re thinking that something isn’t quite right for you at the moment – perhaps you want to leave the 9 to 5, work more flexibly, give that idea a go – well then tune in to my podcast as you may just find something that’ll inspire you to take the leap to do what you truly want to.
