Flooring caused so much debate, chat and worry when planning our renovation project. We love parquet flooring, but the price to have it fit was extortionate and with circa 50 squared-metres to cover, we couldn’t risk doing it ourselves (it would have taken years!). So our other options were laminate or engineered wood. So I thought I’d put this post together to talk about engineered wood flooring, in case like me, you didn’t know what it was!
For many, you can’t beat the look and feel of a genuine wooden floor, but it can be expensive and isn’t necessarily the most practical, so engineered wood flooring is a great alternative. ,
But how is engineered wood flooring so different? And what is it that’s making it so popular?
